Featuring a glorious Gersh-win score as the backdrop of a screwball, romantic comedy, the Broadway-acclaimed musical, “Nice Work If You Can Get It,” will be presented at Glenwood High School this weekend, Nov. 8-10.

Set in the 1920s, the musical features a wealthy playboy who gets mixed up with a hilarious trio of bootleggers. Featuring the music of George and Ira Gershwin, you’ll love the familiar melodies of “Someone to Watch Over Me,” “’S Wonderful,” “Let’s Call the Whole Thing Off” and “Fascinating Rhythm.”

Don’t miss this extravaganza of singing, dancing and rollicking good fun at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 8, and Saturday, Nov. 9. The Sunday matinee will be at 1 p.m.

Tickets are available at the door one hour prior to performances ($10 for adults, $6 for students/seniors). The show is rated PG for adult situations/Prohibition-era activities.
