We live in different times, as they say, and getting all my work and errands done on a Monday to get amped up and ready for Monday Night Football, well, let's just say that hasn't happened in a very long time...

But alas, on Monday I turned back the clock. I had my game face on by 5 p.m., and I sat through the entire pregame show and got myself all worked up, just like the old days! And, well, we know what happened.

I mean, it's one thing for the Bears to play like that, but they just had to do it against the Rams and in that monstrous $5 billion palace built by evil billionaire Stan Kroenke. I'm telling you, I've seen some bad offensive football in my day, but that one was ugly. Just pitiful.

The Bears can't block anybody, they can't run the ball, their quarterback can't move, their coach can't call plays worth a darn and the game plan seemed to revolve around guys named Demetrius Harris and Cordarrelle Patterson for a while. Am I missing something? Is it just me? Yep, the Bears are 5-2. But my gracious sakes alive, that offense is atrocious...
