The Williamsville Village Board approved a bid from Leander Construction to upgrade the sewer system at Monday’s regular meeting.
Leander was the lowest responsible bidder of six total bids, according to Clerk Karen Winger, though the bid, $1.343 million, came in a bit higher than expected.
In light of new police laws, the village will be meeting with Lexipol and IML to ensure compliance with the new regulations, according to Public Safety Chair John Brennan.
